ANIMATION WORKFLOW
Animatic
The initial phase involves creating an animation layout known as the animatic. During this stage, we develop the animation without incorporating materials, aiming to finalize camera movements and determine the lengths of the shots. Additionally, this is when we provide you with references for the mood and movement in each scene.
Previz + Keyframes
A previz is a preliminary, low-quality render at 500 pixels that illustrates the ultimate camera movement in color. Keyframes, on the other hand, are rendered in high-quality 4K and come with finalized postproduction. This implies that you get to see the complete setting, including light, final materials, assets, and people. Any necessary changes are then addressed during the keyframes phase.
Final
Once all keyframes are approved, we proceed to render the entire animation in its final resolution. At this stage, any adjustments to the 3D elements are no longer possible, underscoring the importance of having all aspects accepted in the earlier stages. Postproduction is then applied based on the agreements made during the keyframes phase, and we proudly deliver the completed real estate animation!
